Chef David Hurst has more than 30 years of food service experience in Northeast Florida. In 1995, David started catering and cooking for private clients through his gourmet food store in Atlantic Beach, Florida – The Market at North Shore.
In 2007, he started providing catering and private-client chef services under the name “david a culinary experience.” And 12 years later, he founded Salt and Fire Catering to share his passion for creating unique culinary experiences with the greater Jacksonville area.
He is a lifelong beaches resident who serves his Northeast Florida community with great passion and looks forward to working with you.
